changing power supply doesn't give u anything.If u setup a lower watt power supply.computer power consumption will not change.
if reduce the supply wattage even further and u r pc requires more power than that,then the pc will stuck

but i use PC abt 20hrs too with E7200/9500GT/19" CRT but i dnt get such elec bill

I'm using 2 PCs for 24x7. but i never get such a bill. This time its only RS RS 530i

i never get a bill over RS 800 hik hik

controll your and your fammiys habits

turn off unnecessary lights. they are the main reason u got such a bill.
change your bulbs for low rate. (i'm using normal bulbs but. only 40ws

you should have a large frig. ne? and a large TV hik hik

and waste power. by lot of bulbs.. in our house we got only. 6 bulbs for the entire building.

control your habits.. your bill should be LOW..
