Praba said to be "UNTOUCHABLE" .. bragged LTTE!! So how now? If this news is true then SL Army proved that he is "TOUCHABLE", so if he is.. then what guarantee that others have?

Besides..... this will have other benefits for us too! Now that other fellows in LTTE will fight for the leadership.. hopefully will create internal issues!!

Morale is very important!

Did you know.. in World War 2, Japan actually tried bombing US with bombs tied up to balloons.. infact it was successful to a certain extent.. but US administration did not spit a single word about it.. just acted like they didn't even hit by single balloon and if they did then their forces fighting in the front lines and civilians morale will go down!!!

Later Japanese themselves stopped it, because no response from US!! they didnt get the panic they needed! But infact US was in high PANIC!! Just that they kept a thick face!!
