Go to IDM . Click "OPTION" > Go to "Sites Logins" and click >"NEW" button.

3) Under server/path(choose http) , type : hotfile.com , put your hotfile premium account info like username and password.

4) Done. Now you can download hotfile links, put them in queue using IDM.
