I just had a look... The Epson L130 is just a basic printer using a USB connection. So how can you say it's on a wireless connection? You may have connected it to your PC and enabled Win10 printer sharing... That doesn't mean you can use your phone to print using the Epson App. That's probably the reason. The App must be searching for an WiFi enabled printer.
Maybe someone who has a similar issue will help hopefully....
