Exactly. If you make it to Public Universities, its all good. But there ought to be an option for those who don't right? Like your marginal student?

All I'm saying is the Tertiary Education market in SL ought to be freed up, allow competition and achieve efficiency. That should get the Public Universities to evaluate themselves and improve.

I am not going to vote on this "poll" because it displays entirely subjective options.
