save karala thiyena excel file ekak open karama excel witharak open wenne mokada(with out saved data) eka minimise karala again double click karama open wenawa i tried to repair excel but problem still have the problem

To resolve this problem, follow these steps:

1. In Microsoft Office Excel 2007, click the Microsoft Office Button, and then click Excel Options.
2. Click Advanced, and then click to clear the Ignore other applications check box in the General area.
3. Click OK.

when i openning the saved excel files it's open with out worksheet.i can open it by minimizing the excel file & double click again that saved excel file(need to double click twice to open a excel file) also i can open it by drag & drop to opened excel sheet.i am using office 2007.i have no problem with word

finally i found a solution if any one has this problem try this for Excel 2009 ------------------------------------------------ In Windows Explorer go to: Tools>Folder Options>File Types Then scroll down to XLSX and click Advanced. Under Optionsdouble-click/Edit OPEN Change the line under "Applications to Perform action" from "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\EXCEL.EXE" /e to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\EXCEL.EXE" /e "%1" Also DDE Message should be: [open("%1")] ------------------------------------------------------------- Other solution --------------------------------------------------------------- There is a very simple fix for this. Open Excel Click the Microsoft button (Round button top left) Click on the Excel Options button Select Add-ins on the left menu At the bottom of the screen make sure the pull-down window says excel add-ins Click Go Enable the look-up wizard Put a check mark beside Lookup Wizard Click OK
