budget may be less the 10k but ill consider.....

it's not worth spending on a cooler for your E4xxx CPU. Since you are saying that you are upgrading, I think it is better to buy one when you do that.

You may probably contact (call them) Eglobe Solutions (eglobesl.com) and ask if they can bring down a cooler for you.

Or you can check out something from slmega. Even if they cooler is not listed, you can ask them to bring down a cooler if you can give the link in newegg. They will see how much it will cost. Just email them. They reply unlike most others.

there are three coolers. brand is asus.each one = 3500.
