if you want to be a real Project Manager, you should have a BSc Degree in that field or an MSc in Project Management ... but, as I know PM BSc and MSc degrees are tough .. if you want to do it relatively easily go for PMP or MBA in PM ..

MSc in Project Management involves serious researches to be completed because they are receiving a Master of "Science" degree.

Bsc degrees also have some kind of researches to a certain extent as they are receiving a "science" type of degree.

but in MBA in PM you mostly have to do some kind of case studies etc for the project, no need to do some serious researches etc. because in MBA in PM you're getting a Masters of "Business" administration in PM.

so MBAs will be relatively easier than MSc or BScs .... Many do MBAs without degrees also, most of them pass.

But don't think anything will be easy.

Project Management has definitely a future, all the PMs in top firms either have done PM related degree or they are currently doing it to save their job and to avoid getting kicked by the other fellows who have done similar kind of.

Project Management cannot directly implement without any technical area

example - IT project management , Construction project management

You can change or choose your path in project management sector by following and MSC in PM or PMP or MBA in PM after your first degree.
