You don't see a problem with people with more money having a higher chance at surviving a deadly disease?
Where are your morals? Those quarantine centers are cramped up hostels with bunk beds increasing your chances of contracting the virus. Being in a private room means you're more likely to survive. Why can't the government pay for the hotel rooms so everyone including the poor get to use them? Isn't this what we pay taxes for?
clearly what is evident is your lack of knowledge of the centers run by the army. how has these "cramped up hostels with bunk beds" affected any patient admitted to these centers. almost all of the feedback i have seen of people leaving these centers have been nothing but positive and full of praise. if the govt only offered quarantine centers to people who can pay then i agree with you.
your talking about tax money at work and all that crap like you have no idea about srilanka.

this is a country where all the politicians have been looting the citizens in every possible way for decades. and at a time where the govt is not having any income iam surprised we can atleast survive to the extent we have. its easy to sit infront of a laptop and talk about tax money and morals. but the reality is way different. if our tax money actually was made into good use over the decades then we wont have such a shitty economy and standards of living.
