I'm confused with my electric bill :/ I haven't paid for May and June 2011 because I wasn't at home, anyway I received the red notice few days ago with my July 2011 bill and this is where my confusion starts.
I have paid the "total amount payable" (May and June) but then on the other side of the red notice it says
"Please pay the amount indicated overleaf within 03 days in cash and produce the receipt to area office to avoid the inconvenience of disconnection. You will also be required to pay arrears due subsequent to issuance of this notice."
Does this mean I have to pay July bill also? :S
Has anyone else gone through the red notice sent by electric board?
