quick way to change IP

[tharindu_kandage]

All you have to do for this one is open notepad, paste this into it:

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew

click file>save as, and name it "ipchange.bat"

Then whenever you want a new IP (rapidshare download limit maxed), right click it and click "run as administrator" (vista only). XP users just double click it. Then you're good to go.

NOTICE: this does not work if you have a static IP address
