I cant find a 1650 pro at half height as the above cards right now.If you get a one make sure its 128 bit memory and 256MB GDDR2/3 on board ,If not its not worth it.
Leadtek one is expensive but its much faster coz of stock 500MHz (+50MHz)GPU clock.I think its better to stick with 8400GS coz yours is vista basic.

You know those VGAs I showed you comes with a full height PCI card bracket although card is half height.Since you have a half height casing(3" long VGA bracket is the max)Get that or bracket kit from newegg and fix them to the card ,so the card would become full time half height and will fix in smoothly.See the brackets picture and you will understand why we replace it.

Machang i tried what you said bought the card and everything. i didnt need the extra bracket kit and the card is too big bro..so now im using the PC without the side cover as the card sticks out like by about an inch! ha ha its all good still appreciate your help as the card is really good for the price. Do you know if its bad for the machine to be open and exposed like that?
