    hey guys can u see all games are running under 2560 X 1600 with 8X AA & 16X AF:oo:
yes and the GTX295 looses because it is limited by memory :nerd:
If it had the same amount of memory then the GTx295 would have beat it at that resolution?

I want to ask you a question
Do most gamers play with those settings? 2560x1600 8xAA 16xAF
Most people play with 1920x1200, 1680x1050 and at 1280x720/1280x1024 and at those resoultions, the GTx 295 is the best for them :dull:

it is true that the hd4870x2 is cheaper than the GTX295 and offers identical performance :P but the GTX300 series will be an ATI killer with DX11 support, GDDR5,2GB RAM and MIMD based cores  :dull:

he he....That's what you guys said before ATI HD4XXX launch...:P

ATI card perform better when it come to hi resolution+AA due to it's memory capacity

Anyway don't put Guru3D charts. They are always faver nVIDIA. I checked both models @ UK PcWorld with high resolution+8xAA enabled . Nvidia can't beat ATI.

Now don't say 8xAA is not important,When you pay $500 for graphic card it want to be a best performer with all settings enabled :)

These cards are for ultra high end systems,
not for the 1680x , 1280x resolutions,, So these cards must target 2650x1600, and with full AA and AF of course.. :)

:oo: :) I know that its limited by the GTX260 mem. bus :dull:
so don't you think that ultra high end consumers would quad sli or quad crossfirex? They want to get the best performance that is possible
And afaik SLi scales better than crossfire

Anyways these cards are highly capable of the max res with AA and AF for current games.. I don't see any point going with quad setups at the moment... (Well,,, Crysis is an exception )

Crysis is not a well optimised game...Actually it's optimised for nVIDIA (Except Warhead which perform better than first title with every hardware)

nVIDIA paid $4+ millions to get that optimised for nVIDIA right :)
