A program to mark Ramazan has been organised by the Al-Haj M. H. A. Haniffa Chief Trustee of the Nawala Jumma Masjid.
Tharaveeya prayers will be conducted daily during the month of Ramazan commencing at 8.00 p.m. by Hafiz Mowlavies H. M. Shajahan and A. A. Ubaidullah Adam Ali. Vithr prayers will be conducted by Mowlavi Al-Haj M. B. M. Mubarak and Mowlavi M. T. Hilurudeen. Hisbu recital of Holy Quraan will commence immediately after vithr prayers. There will be special religious lecture organised by eminent Mowlavies and Ulamas on Saturdays and Sundays.
Thaubah and Zikr Majlis will be conducted on September 4, 11, 18 and 25. Badr Mowlood will be recited after vithr prayers. Thasbeeh prayers will be conducted on the 27 day of Ramazan followed by a special duah. After vithr prayers, Kathamul Quraan will be recited in the name of Prophet Mohammed (Sal). Arrangements have been made for ladies to attend Tharaveeya prayers and religious activities.
