RAR help

Hey whenever I want to extract or open an archive this error appears
"You need to start extraction from a previous volume to unpack ............"
"No files to extract"

Please Help

But i do it started appearing recently I dunno wat to do

is d case is multi part files then file names should like this
movie.r00
movie.r01
movie.r02
movie.r03
movie.r04
finally u see a file with a extension end with .rar
movie.rar
hats d first file of sequence. u cant start extraction without that file
