පොඩි උදවුවක් ඕනා, මගේ යාලුවෙක් HP P6618IT ඩෙස්ක්ටොප් මැශින් එකක් අරගෙන පස්සෙ Recovery CD set එක හදලා ඒත් දැන් ඒ Recovery CD set එක නැතිවෙලා තාම මැශින් එක අරගෙන සතියක් විතරලු,,,දැන් එයාට ආයෙත් Recovery CD set එකක් හදා ගන්න ඕනා ඒත් Recovery Manager ගිහින් ආයෙත් Recovery CD හදන්න දුන්නට මැසේජ් එකක් එනවා කම්පියුටරේට Recovery CD set හදලා තියෙන්නේ ආයෙත් හදන්න බෑ කියලා.... අලුත් Recovery CD set එකක් හදාගන්න මොනවද කරන්න ඕනා,කම්පියුටරේ ආයෙත් අලුතෙන් අරගෙන ස්ටාර්ට් කරන විදිහට ආයෙත් යන්න විදිහක් තියනවද..ලොකු උදවුවක් විස්තර දන්න කෙනෙක් කියන්න...

there's no such model. what's the correct make and model number ?
Also the way to get more recovery CDs is to either buy from HP site or buy from HP local agent.

ok, thats a Pavilion P6618IT. Whats the version of Windows it has ? Win7 32bit or 64 bit ? or vista 32bit or 64 bit ?

Also why a recovery CD? does he want the drivers for that PC ?

when we start they give a command for create recovery DVD set no,,so he want create another recovery DVD set,,he told there are 3 DVDs for that,,he used

you can run that software only one time.
After that it wont allow you to create any more recovery disks.
He'll have to buy additional recovery disks from an HP agent.
this is the HP support site link for this pc : HP Pavilion P6618IT
As you will see, there's no recovery disks available for that model anymore so the only way to get recovery disks is to buy it from the HP Agent.

Mama nam hithan na aye Recovery Disk hadanna dei kiyala software eken. Habai eka na kiyala aulak wenne genuine OS 1k awanam eka nathi wena 1 witharai. E arenna anik software & drivers HP site eken ganna puluwan.....
