Need help to understand the reason for this warning when checking the status of the service in RHEL 7

Not recently. Once I rebooted the server, the warning disappeared.

thats the norm but it does indicate some upgrade has taken place and the system has not been rebooted since.

Thank you for the response. It is clear. That's why the warning cleared after rebooting the server.
