Redhat/Fedora/Ubuntu on VMware Plz Help

I am Running Redhat/Fedora/Ubuntu over VMware on ma windows XP installation , everything runs well but i am unable to get Full Screen modes of the those OSes , when i press Ctrl+Alt+Enter, VMware moves to fullscreen mode but all t he linux installations run in small areas
how can i get them to run in fullscreen??
i have installed the VMware tools and also changed the resolution within the linux Oses but no luck
