ඒ කියන්නේ? මට තේරුණේ නැහැ, ස්වාමිපුරුෂයා මැරුණු ගෑනියක් ලංකාවට ඩිපොට් කරන්න හදනවා, එක රට ගැන හිතීමට අදාළ වෙන්නේ කොහොමද? ඔසී පැත්තෙන් හිතුවොත් කියලද කියන්නේ?

Refugee Visa ඉල්ලන්න ගියාම මෙහෙන් යන Student PR working Visa ,Sponcer Visa වගේ ඒවා ඔක්කොම තද කරනවා බං.

If her husband was on a work visa, what kind of a visa does the family get ? If they have been living in AUS since 2016, couldn't they just apply for the PR?

I agree with everyone here that a protection visa may not reflect well on their country of origin, Sri Lanka.

But this is very disappointing from AUS immigration that their normal family visas cannot be extended just because father passed way.

Dependent visa with working rights. They could have applied for the PR, if they had met the requirements. unlike in Europe. nobody gets PR on the basis of their residential period, which is good.
