First welcome 2 ElaKiri! And hope u'll keep posting!
And to your question....there is a software name UltraVNC. That is free!!!

http://www.uvnc.com/ go and check it out!

This is what the site says about it...

UltraVNC is a powerful, easy to use and free software that can display the screen of another computer (via internet or network) on your own screen. The program allows you to use your mouse and keyboard to control the other PC remotely. It means that you can work on a remote computer, as if you were sitting in front of it, right from your current location.

But i have not tried this!

But im really sure that you can use www.logmein.com to get another software. There is a free version as well. But to get the full functionality you will have to buy a license which i dont know how much! But fully functionality is guranteed! Coz i've seen it working!

But UltraVNC will work as well!

I'm using UVNC. It's the best. Ultra VNC is faster than LogmeIn.
Use UVNC, It's easy to use if you have a static IP and router with Port Forwarding capability.

If you don't have a static IP, go to http://www.no-ip.com and map your dynamic IP to static domain name (A Record) and install No-ip dynamic update client also and forward Port No. 3389,5800,5900 to the IP address of your PC.

Tturn on firewall in router (if available) & put a strong password to safe from hackers!!!
