That campaign is not run by vehicle less people, you would be amazed if I say its done by the AMW. Actually AMW alto team, and most people who are commenting on those campaigns doesn't have a vehicle. Some comments proves it as well,

Types of people who are against the KWID,

1. Alto sales team (because most Sri Lanka's changed their mind to the kwid)

2. Alto owners because their market is fucked up

3. People who owns various cars, because its not up to their standards

4. Greece Monkeys, because they know everything about vehicles they have been working with lot of Jap/URo cars and they have set a standard of how things should be. (some of the concerns these people see are real, but much to highlight and point out. thats why we dont see them talking about the car)

5. Some car owners of various brands, because their wont be much 2nd/3rd hand car users to buy their old cars (even though they are separate car markets buyers will be less) if people goes to budget car segment of Indian cars.

6. People who doesn't have a clue about anything and just shares anything that they see on Facebook, trying to show the world that they are going with the flow (most stupid type)

7. India haters, these people are the funniest of them all, they hate any Indian car just because its from India and some times these people are anti gov as well.

8. Myth believers, these people hears something from someone and without knowledge talks about it like they are experts in the subject. 90% of these people don't even have a push cycle.

9. Other brand car marketers - real people who gets affected by Budget car segment

අත්තිකාරම් මුදල්ද රැගෙන Renault Kwid රථයක් මිලදී ගැනීමට ගියෙමි. සුන්දර ගංගාරාමය අසල කාර්යබහුල ප්‍රදර්ශනාගාරය දේශීය මධ්‍යම පාන්තිකයන්ගෙන් පිරි ගොස් තිබු අතර බහුතරයක් නව රථය පිලිබඳ අමුතු උනන්දුවකින් කටයුතු කරන අතර සිනහවෙන් මුව සරසාගත් අලවි සහායකයන් රථය පිලිබඳ මහා විග්‍රහයක් කරනු දිටිමි. හුරුබුහුටි නිමාවකින් යුතු Renault Kwid දෙස මහත් ආශාවකින් බලා සිටින බහුතරයක් අතර මාද පුරුදු නිරික්ෂනයන්හි යෙදුනෙමි.

මේ මා විසින් දකින අසන ලද නිරීක්ෂණයන් වන අතර මෙහි සඳහන් සියල්ල මාගේ නිරීක්ෂණයන් මත පදනම් වන බව දක්වමි. Renault Kwid විවිධ මාදිලියෙන් නිපදවන අතර මෙහිදී සඳහන් කරනුයේ ලංකාවට හඳුවදෙන රථය පිලිබඳවය.

SUV ආකාරයේ හුරුබුහුටි නිමාවක් සහිත Renault Kwid රථය දකින සියල්ලන්ගේ සිත් වසග කරගන්නකි. ඉදිරිපස පෙනුම රථයට ආකර්ශනයක් ඇතිකරන සුළුය. සිත්ගත් වර්ණ කිහිපයකින් යුතු රථය එම මිලට ඇති සියලු ඉන්දීය රථයන්හි පෙනුම අභිබවායන පරිදි නිමවා ඇත. බාහිර පෙනුම ඔප්නංවන තවත් අමතර උපාංගයන්ද සහිතය.

රථයෙහි ඇතුලත නිමාව එතරම් මටසිලුටු නොවුනද වැඩිඉඩක් දුටිමි. ඉදිරිපස මෙන්ම පසුපසද මගින් සඳහා ප්‍රමාණවත් ඉඩ පහසුකම් ඇතිබව අගයකළ යුතුය.

මෙතරම් අනගි (මුදලට සරිලන පරිදි) නිමාවකින් යුතු රථය තාක්ෂණික සහ පහසුකම් අතින් ඉතා පහල මට්ටමක ඇති බව මා මොහොතකටවත් නොසිතුවෙමි. පළමුව මෙහි ඇන තුනකින් සවිකළ wheels සිතට දුකක් ඇතිකළද එම ආකාරයේ එකම රථය මෙය නොවන බව සිතා Alloy wheels සවිකිරීම සිහිනයක් වුවද හිත හදාගත්හෙමි.

කිසිදු මටසිලුටු බවකින් තොරව රථය ඇතුලට ගොස් දොර වසාගතිමි. Power shutters ඇතිහෙයින් එය සොයාගිය මාහට අලවි සහායකයකු පැවසුවේ එය රථය මැදින් Dash Board එකට පහළින් ඇති බවය. Power Mirrors තබා අතින් සකසියහැකි ලිවරයක්වත් නැත. Mirror adjustment කිරීම Shutters පහත් කර දුක සේ කළයුතුය. සතුට ටිකින් ටිකින් අඩුවන අන්දම මා අත්වින්දෙමි. ආසනයන්හි කිසිදු සුවපහසු බවක් දක්නටවත් නැත. නමුදු Music Player යන්ත්‍රය රථය ඉදිරියේ අභිමානවත් ලෙස සිටිනු දුටිමි. පසුපස ඉඩ පහසුකම් තිබුනද ආසන වල සුවපහසුවක් නොදුටිමි.

පුරුද්දකට මෙන් එන්ජිම නිරීක්ෂණය කළෙමි. සිත දුකින් පිරීයයි. 800cc එන්ජිම ඉන්දියානු ගති ලක්ෂණවලින් පිරි ඇත. ගමේ බාස් මාමා මීට දහස් ගුණයක් මටසිලුටු ලෙස පෑස්සුම් කරනු මා දැක ඇත. දුක පිරි නෙතින් යුතුව බොනට්ටුව වැසුවෙමි.

ලැජ්ජාව පසක තබා බිම වැතිරගන රථය යට නිරීක්ෂණය කළෙමි. අහෝ ඛේදයකි. රථය පහළින්ම plastic oil sump එක දුටිමි. Renault Kwid අලවියට වැඩියෙන් oil sump අලවියෙන් Renault ආයතනයට මුදල් සෙවිය හැකිවනු ඇත. එතරම් පහසුවෙන් හානිවිය හැකි ආකාරකින් එය නිපදවා ඇත. එය විවේචනය කිරීමට ගොස් අලවි නිලධාරියෙකුන් පහර නොකෑවේ පුරුවේ පිනකටය.

කෝකටත් කියා ඉදිරිපස මෙන්ම පසුපසද suspension නිරීක්ෂණය කළෙමි. පිටුපස coil spring එක ඉතා දුර්වල ලෙස සවිකර ඇතිබව දුටිමි. එක පාරිභෝගික මහතකු පැවසුවේ දැනටමත් coil spring ගැලවී ඇති රථ පිලිබන්දව ඔහු අසා ඇති බවය.

අලවි නිලධාරී මහතකු සමග කථාකර Test Driving අවස්ථාවක් ලබාගතිමි. අහෝ ඛේදයකි කණට අපහසු ගෝෂාකාරී හඬක් නංවමින් රථය පණගැන්වුණි. කිසිදිනක අත්නොවිඳි අමුතුම ආකාරයකට reverse ගියරය දැමිය යුතු බව අලවි සහයක මහතා කියාදුනි. 800cc එන්ජිම සාමාන්‍ය නොදියුණු ධාවනයක අත්දැකීම් එක කළ අතර සමාගම පවසන තරම් ඉන්ධන කාර්යක්ෂමතාවයක් නැතිබවද අන්තර්ජාලයෙන් දැක හිත හදාගත් මා පිටවීමට සැරසුණි. මා පැවසු කරුණු අනුව රථය මිලදී ගැනීමට පැමිණි තවත් පාරිභෝගිකයන් මා සමග සුන්වූ බලාපොරොත්තු සමග ප්‍රදර්ශනාගාරයෙන් ඉවතට පැමිණුනි.

Full Option නමින් හඳුන්වන රථය driver air bag සහිතවුවද NCAP test නිරීක්ෂණය කළවිට ආරක්ෂාව අතින් ඉතා දුර්වල බව පසුව අන්තර්ජාලයෙන් දුටිමි.

මෙය ලිවිය යුතුමයි සිතුවද නොලියා සිටියෙමි. නමුදු Renault Kwid රථ 1500 පමණ සමග නැවක් පැමිණි පුවතත් සමග ලිවීමට සිතුවෙමි. අතේ ඇති මුදලට මිලදී ගත හැකි රථයක් උවද එම මුදලින් පැරණි ජපන් කාරයක් මිලදී ගැනීම වඩා බුද්ධිමත් තේරීමක් බව නැවත නැවතත් සඳහන් කළයුතුය.
