Rep Power Elakiri

I have been using Elakiri since 2006 but i still do not know what Rep is here. i never wanted to know what it is.. can anybody tell me what rep is and tell me how to use the Rep?? Thanks in advance.

Rep or reputation system is for members to give and receive reputation points for good posts or for good threads.Even you can deduct reputation points .
