Repair E220 Dongle! HELP!

I have two E220 modems, To use the old one with Vista and 7, I updated the firmware, the update process failed in the mid-way and modem is no more Working.

Now, modem does not get detected, not even listed in device manager also!
Just Green LED blinks with a regular interval.

Is there any place to repair this modem? Or is it forever dead? If it is, I can only use it as a paper weight
