It doesn't matter whether she has reached puberty or not, she WAS 9, and still a child. There are no IF conditions, the legal definition of a child according to the UN:

That may be. Where is the proof that the hadiths I posted are in the "weak" or "fabricated" categories?

Plenty of Imams in Islamic countries believe these hadiths and use them as a base to legalise child brides. Are these Imams wrong then?
