මන් මේ threads ටික බැලුවා. අපේ තියෙන්නේ one month notice period එකක්. මන් annual leaves ටික නොදා one month හිටියොත් ඒ leaves වලට ඒ මාසේ salary එකට අමතරව pay කරනවද? කරන්න ඕනේද? මට Annual 14ම තියනවා.
