Depend on the experience machan ... but the basic will go around 30 to 35(experienced guy can go up to 40-45) . You just have support our client issues and monitor our systems and JIRA follow ups. Your path goes to business analyst. Should work night shifts on week days and day or night work on week ends.

thanks for the info machan.. so how about allowance ? are they pay any shift allowances?
