Works perfectly probably in the winter....

Just for argument sake, forget the Peltier. Keep a 100W lamp instead near the fan. Will it heat the room?

මචන් අඩි 10 * 12 රූම් එහෙකට දාන්න ඕනේ
අඩුම 4000W පෙල්ටියර් unit එකක් වත් ...
ඊට පස්සේ හීට් එක කාමරෙන් එළියට දාන
ෆෑන් වලට හෝ මොනවට හෝ තව 1000w වත්
ඕනේ.. ටෝටලි 5000W විතර යනවා..

පෙල්ටියර් වල කූලින් කාර්යක්ෂමතාව ගොඩක් අඩුයි
ගෑස් ඉවපරේටිව් ක්‍රමයට වඩා.. ඒ නිසා ගෙදර දොරේ
කාමර සීතල කරන්න මේ ක්‍රමය යොදා ගන්නේ නැහැ..

හැබැයි ඝන අඩි බාගෙක විතර ඉඩක , ඍණ අංශක 50
උනත් හදාගන්න පෙල්ටියර් තරම් අති කාර්යක්ෂම වෙනත්
උපාංගයක් නැහැ...

ඒ නිසා ගැළපෙන අවස්ථාවට යොදාගන්න... පුදුම වටිනා උපකරණයක්....

As the member Silentsahan correctly said, it's not practical for use for room cooling.
That's why raised the reverse question, Is it possible to place a 100W lamp near the fan and heat up the room? In both cases the answer is no.

The only instance where I have seen a Peltier coolers used with a large volumes - are the Wine coolers. These do not cool like a normal fridge but it does cool enough.

The advantages are no moving parts, completely silent... no gas leaks.
But these are less efficient.

WTF??? Isn't that a heat sink with a fan? You maybe able to cool a part of your body with that if you connect it directly on to your body
