I think most of you doesn't have Rapidshare Premium accounts. So it is impossible to obtain speed better than 20 KB/s.
But there is a way to obtain speed depending on your internet connection. (Usually it's your download speed)
The trick is done by a PHP script called "Rapidleech". The newest Rapidleech version is Rapidleech PlugMod (by eqbal) Rev 27
You can test Rapidleech from http://rsleech.site40.net/rapidleech/
• When you enter to the website, It may ask for username and password. Enter following,
User name= esupun
Password= 123456
• Under the "Link to download:", enter your Rapidshare link to be downloaded and click "Download File"
The server will download the file at 60KB/s average speed.
After the server finished download, you can download the file with your normal download speed.
Create your own Rapidleech site.

• Create a free host at http://www.000webhost.com/51139.html (this is with my affiliate id. alternatively you can use www.000webhost.com, But it is help you can do to me for sharing my knowledge with you.)

• Goto members.000webhost.com and set your loging details. After successfully logged in, a page will display websites you have registered.
• Click on "Goto CPanel" on your desired web site.
• Click on "file manager" and it will require your password again. Enter it.
• Then you are at the root folder of your account. Goto folder "public_html"
• Click on "upload" button and click browse and select "Rapidleech.zip" from where you have downloaded it.
click on the Green colored button on the left side of the top.
• Tick "Rapidleech.zip" and click unzip.
There you go.
• Point your browser to "your_created_website/rapidleech"
ex: rsleech.net40.net/rapidleech
• The username and password both are- "elakiri" (I put login. because if not, anyone can download from your Rapidleech server)
If you have a PHP knowledge, edit "config.php" in "configs" disrectory.
