hey bro best option if you consider about money built private universities i think it's better idea but what they now going to do people who from out side also going to give chance to enter current uni's in sri lanka, so what happen to ppl in our country???? need money better they open new uni's.

India,China,Russia and many countries doing that to boost up economy.
India,China,Russia also like SL, who get good marks can study for free or for very less money, others have to pay, and they give foreign students to study in their government universities.(there also gov, unis are not enough for all people) Its a well known method in many developing nations.
if u think of only SL people, SL cant be developed
can u guarantee our education system??? our system is f**** up..dnt try to compare other countries towards our country...our country already been fooled and runned by some 3rd class bullies..with no education at alll...and ur saying its good for our country...the only thing we getn is a black mark...juz tell me are there any proffesional lecturer's who can deal with a situation like this...they have to be soo fluent with the language...that they cant be making no mistakes and our already there soo many little mistakes are left and not fixed yet...and u tellin this is a good idea...dude grow up stop dreaming...aint no one coming here....ppl would go to india to study even sri lankan's but there wnt be any intnl student gonna come here... to study shit...who would prefer sri lanka when there are good universities...govt institutes, colleges in other countries...tell me will prefer here to in these private places...to study...

if SL starts that, there will be students. by giving some scholarships, can start it smoothly and nicely.

how is it going to happen they give chance to study foreign student also in the our current uni's, then what happend they get knowledge and go to there countries and work to there country so how we going to be developing nation bro??? so thats why i thought built new private uni's then you can invite foreign fellows also to those uni's and our middle income ppl and rich ppl's also send there childs to those uni's, 
If this works,, It is good option giving university entrance to foreign students.. in the meantime there are many srilankan studentens doing elementry studies in Grade1-10 and A/L's in abroad once they reach A/L's, they are in very dificult stage doing there degrees on Bachelr Degree in MBBS/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics OR IT etc.. ... why we cant introduce our overseas childrenes to benefit from this program:

i'd like to tell u that, im not studying in russia, I studied in UAE, for bachelors degree. Im doing business in russia,china and oman
so the location i wrote as russia.so then why people study in Nepal,Vietnam, Yemen and Bangladesh ? are they better than SL,speak english better than SL ?
According to my knowledge, SL people speak english better than bangladeshiZ and Indians !!!! (not 100% accurate)
well for beginners there are lot of students from Iran, Maldives, India and Pakistan studying here in Sri Lanka. SB must've probably mentioning about the private universities in sri lanka. I agree with SB on some of his ideas: Sri Lanka badly needs the private sector contribute more to the education sector. there should be more private universities to keep the students who are leaving the country for foreign universities. If the previous governments allowed private medical colleges to be in Sri Lanka, they could've saved the country 15 million from each student who go to study medicine. I'm spending 12 million for my degree, just cuz there's no good aerospace engineering degrees offered from sri lankan universities. So stop criticizing every move someone takes without seeing the big picture. Some steps might actually help the country!

hmm, u didnt understand somethings i said u. and there are some misunderstandings with u too.
1- Vietnam is not better than SL
2- in china/russia there are english medium courses, even english medium schools
top 10 poor countries like Bangladesh,Nepal,Yemen can teach foreign students in english.except Yemen (in Yemen all in Arabic). why Sri lanka cant ?
there are plenty of jobs for SL degree holders. nothing to be worry about their future. In SL there are doctors who studied in Bangladesh and Nepal.. is bangladesh and Nepal better than SL ?
