Thanks for the reply.
What you say is true and good point about airtel. I used an airtel sim for one month while I was there and charges are not cheap.

Airtel might give dam cheap to start but can't run for long when comparing to their indian packages.

Anyway machan we need Airtel here because that will create competition.

And another big indian teleco planning to come to SL too.

but will you think of fair competition. with small market, large players will bambooz the smaller players like dialog,mobitel or hutch and then only they will be in the market. then what they offer we will have to buy. anyway im proud of other companies who trying to face the dillema effectively through pre mechanisms. i belive, our rates are still farahead compared to us or uk. after companies recover their investment, this is a ture profitable business with minimum costs.

even i have been using a kit sim for 8 1/2 years....marting or any tin tin...you can't compare dialog with sakvithi....that's y i think you should go to school...with out interconnection they can't give any packge...this is not my opinion...that's airtel ceo's opinion.....i wish you all the best poor guys...be educated....after all....choice is yours...your like a LTTE guy...producing false news amoung people....be good man....

I am not annoyed by your language or sarcastic way of forwarding Dialog's thoughts.
But I am annoyed because they use people like you to control the thought process or opinions of the customers.

Why don't you find a decent job, not only getting paid a good salary, but getting the feeling that you are doing something to the society instead of being a internet prostitute.

you know what happened to our oil and Gas market. what ever price they set, you have to pay. this will happen when giant telecoms like Airtel penetrate the market. they will not require interconnections since 90% of the market share will be captured by them. like early days of SLT with wired land phones. then this would become a unfair competition finally a monopoly.
