Sampath debit card and PayPal issue.

01. Sampath Debit Cards are pre activated for online payments no need to call and activate
02. Daily limit is 350,000 for online/POs transactions.

Not really machan.
01) I had to get my Sampath Debit Card activated for Global online Payments. (Credit card is pre activated but not the debit card) The Newly issued debit cards may be pre activated.
02) There is a daily limit for payments and cash withdrawals using the Sampath Debit Card. I had to get the limits changed few years back to do the transactions through Debit Card.
