normally debit cards cannot be used for online payments

Im using HNB debit card for my online payments since last year. had no issue. im using for ebay via paypal and for direct payments for Origin,Steam and other gaming stores.

and to withdraw im using payoneer mastercard. here thrd bvt payoneer

you can use HNB card... but it's not safe. unfortunately some paypal account was blocked by paypal before withdraw
