HNB debit card is allowed for online transaction. To do that you have to activate first. then you can pay online using HNB debit card even through paypal. but you cant withdraw money from paypal to your debit card. Please contact your Bank..

You can withdraw money to HNB ATM card.. But you have to create a Malaysian paypal account. Fill all real info and select Malaysia as country. Link card and withdraw few dollars 1st. Then you can withdraw up to $100 without a trouble. If you want $800 just withdraw 8 times.

You can withdraw money to HNB Debit. Or else get a Payoneer Card, you can directly withdraw to it using US payment gateway.
