Sampath Vishwa OTP for රට ඉන්න අය - Please help

මචන්ලා sampath vishwa eke OTP (one-time password) එන phone number එක foreign number එකක් දැම්මට අව්ලක් වෙන්න පුලුවන්ද? මම රට ඉන්නේ මගේ ලංකාවේ number එක disconnect උනා.

නැත්නම් ලංකාවේ එකම number එකම vishwa එකේ login/account දෙකකට use කරන්න පුළුවන්ද?

send email to bank and ask machan. if you have sampath vishwa, then try to send message to relavant party of the bank. other wise send email to bank

සම්පත් බෑන්ක් එකේ email/phone චේන්ජ් කරන ෆෝම් එකේම කියලා තියනවා ලංකාවෙ ෆෝන් වලට විතරයි OTP දෙන්නෙ කියලා --> "OTP will be sent to Sri Lankan Mobile Numbers Only."

සම්පත් එකේ OTP එක email එකට ගෙන්න ගන්න පුළුවන්, ගොඩක් දවස් වලට OTP එක එන්නෙ නෑ.

මම කොමර්ෂල් බෑන්ක් එකේ අකවුන්ට් එකක් ඇරියා. ඒකෙ ෆොරීන් නම්බර්ස් වලට OTP එවනවා. කස්ටමර් කෙයා වලට whatsapp සහ ෆ්‍රී ස්කයිප් තියෙන්නෙ කොමර්ෂල් විතරයි මම හිතන්නෙ.

They ONLY accept Srilankan mobile number for mobile OTP. Therefore you can't add foreign mobile number.

You can log in to your account then goto settings and ask the system to send OTP massages to your email and mobile number.

However if you use their mobile app and anything that requires OTP will only come to mobile number.

You can login to Vishwa from any web browser (mobile/desktop) and OTP will come to your email and registered mobile number.

TLDR is you need to log into their Vishwa through Web browser if you move abroad and get OTP through email.

Email eka working ban. Man use karanawa. I use app and web browser both
