Sampath WebCard payments

Ok guys I have a little problem,
Recently I created another paypal account and linked my Sampath WebCard to that,I have 0$ credit in my paypal account and I was hoping to use my webcard for payments. So when I use my account to pay sum amount of money to another paypal account ,it does not allowing me to complete the transaction.
is there a proper way of doing it?
I want to use my webcard for payment through paypal.

does you card has enough credit to do the transaction. what is the message you received from paypal?

I get that I must have funds in my papal to complete the transaction,but I got 5000RS in my card

Yes machan...when Inquired from Sampath Bank prior to obtaining a webcard..I was informed that I could pay for anything online...I don't think they meant that I could pay for paypal because....they meant abt something paying on goods not paypal....since it's not a credit card I don't think it's possible....
