I got a Galaxy W phone , it doesn't detect when u put a dialog Sim says emergency calls only , but with Eitsalat and Mobitel it works fine , anyone know why?

Check for IMEI of the phone (*#06#) whether its blank
and then go to Settings and About and check whether base band is showing.
