Samsung Confirms That It Will Sue Apple Over 8 LTE Patents

Apple's iPhone 5 launched with 4G LTE technology which Samsung was using for over than 2 years now. Samsung has now confirmed earlier comments from its top executives that it will sue Apple as soon as the LTE iPhone 5 hits shelves (21, September).

Samsung lawyers found 8 LTE patents that the Apple iPhone 5 infringes on, so they will take the shot and hit Apple back to ban the iPhone 5 sales.
