If those details are true, then there is no problem. Otherwise, Bathiya & Santhush could be get in to trouble, if related parties of the original one take actions. Obviously, BnS should know about the song. I don't think that, they want to get in to more trouble, since they have some experiences in the past already. So my guess is, the original one is from Rooka.

But I'm glad if someone can tell da exact story about the original.
