Cn anybody who know English could show a single phrase where SF is accused of a RAPE in this document. The document only says that he "behaved in a manner unbecoming the character of an officer and a gentleman and there by committing an offense under AA sec. 129 A". This charge is under MILITARY decipline. so this charge can be due to a simple charge like not saliuting a higher rank. Where is a charge of a RAPE?? u kno i ws also goin to vote Mahinda bcoz of SF's unworthy chage against Gota. But with MUD like these I dnt kno wt 2 do.
