scaner problem

i have instaled windows 7 home premium my scaner was microtek scanmaker 3840 scaner detect by system but it is not scan come only whigt back ground i change color and resolation but same result . also i operated with it photoshop cs2 coraldraw x4 and fax and scan but same thing. pleace help what is rong what can i do fix this problem

Its a driver problem bro.I have the same problem.I am using my scanner with a different computer with vista.It doesn't work on my windows 7 machine.

i think driver is support because windows detect the scanner problems is not coming image
