Quantity of backlinks does not have that much influence anymore, it's about page rank and reputation of websites where your backlink is actually held. There is so much false information over internet about SEO and how Google ranking works, I suppose it appeared with companies who try to sell SEO tools, so they provide numbers and create theories which do not exist in practice. Frankly I would invest money to AdWords instead of similar SEO tools.

yeap you are correct thats why i build quality links ..

but you must know for some seo stratigies need quantity to defeat your opponent... so we can't ignore quantity

yeah of course andy meta description is ok normaly google use this to disply site description
meta keywords are now giving neutral results with google but yahoo and bing are using meta keywords

baidu search engine is the easiest engine that can bring site rankings to top of page

dont know what technique they use

I guess it has less interest as China traffic is not that valuable for adsense users or any kind of ad companies.. If I were you I would also look for clients at freelance websites like elance.com, odesk etc.. There are many job offers for SEO specialists.
