Separate states for Tamil speaking people

Sri Lanka is a failed state. Every decision that has led to this state has been taken by Sinhalese politicians.

But why do the tamils and muslims have to suffer? Isnt this unfair? Do not they deserve their own state and affairs?

If I was a tamil or a muslim I would be pretty pissed.
