Personally I beleive girls are getting matured quickly than boys. So the best age to love... I mean really love is when the boy should be 21 and the girl should be atleast 18.

I really don't agree with affairs of small kids like 12 or 13. Coz they dont understand love.. what they really want is to do experiments. To get a new experience.

So by trying to get a new experience they might lose their whole future....

Even they are not matured enough to take their own decision.... So how can they love like that... LOL
