In the earlier days people who practised dark arts were punished.
It is recorded that in a single raid or so about 100 000 people were killed in Germany.
Witches were burned alive.
Those days.
Of course now it is a more civilised world but still there are many dark-souled people living in the world.
It is okay if they are not aggressive in their theories but what if they, as some films and articles point out, what if they try to found their own state or something in Earth?
