    To enter Singapore -

"To be considered fully vaccinated, travellers must have taken at least one dose of Janssen/J&J, or at least 2 doses of AstraZeneca, Covaxin, Moderna/Spikevax, Covishield, Novavax, Pfizer/BioNTech/COMIRNATY, Sinovac or Sinopharm. Mixtures and boosters of these WHO EUL vaccines, and recovery from COVID-19 with vaccination, are also acceptable."

    For Work Pass Holders....

"To sustain the high vaccination rates in our population, support safe reopening of our society and economy, and minimise business disruptions, COVID-19 vaccination will continue to be a condition for the approval of all new applications for long-term passes and work passes. For renewal applications, vaccination will also continue to be required for the renewal of existing work passes for Work Permit Holders and S Pass Holders (a) from the Construction, Marine Shipyard and Process sectors or (b) residing in dormitories, given that their worksites and dormitories are settings at higher risk of disease spread. The revised vaccination requirements for work pass renewals will take effect from1 October 2022. Please refer to the Ministry of Manpower’s (MOM) website for more details."

Thanks for the reply @imhotep, but the MOM website doesn't have a proper definition on the vaccine combination which I have taken (2 Sinopharm and 1 Pfizer).
I contacted the MOM via their hotline and even they also didn't have a clear idea on whether I'll be considered fully vaccinated or will this status be enough to issue a work pass.
My employer says that I should have 4 doses to be considered as fully vaccinated, but I'm unable to obtain another dose here in Sri Lanka since we don't have Pfizer vaccines. So, I thought of checking the experiences of others.

If MoM itself is not sure about this, your safest bet is to get a 4th dose of Pfizer or Moderna administered in Sri Lanka. My father had to get this done to enter SG as they were vaccinated with 2 doses of Sputnik + 1x PFizer (Sputnik is not recognized at all in SG).

Write to Director General of Health in SL ddgphs1[AT]health[DOT]gov[DOT]lk . Attach a screenshot of the SG entry requirements page and let them know u need a 4th dose of either Pfizer or Moderna. They would request for your passport copy etc and issue a letter you can show to your regional MoH office where u can get the 4th dose from.

You can enter Singapore without vaccine. You need to do a PCR test. I am fully unvaccinated. Just ask my fake account @IndrajithGamage :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
Yes bro, there's no problem with entering to Singapore, this about obtaining the work pass from Ministry of Manpower Singapore.

Thanks bro, but the problem is that there are no Pfizer vaccines available in Sri Lanka right now AFAIK (everything got expired by October 31st). 😶

Take a look at the pages from the Singapore MOH.. They are the authority on these decisions. According to them you are covered. Read under what doses of combinations are valid.

    https://www.moh.gov.sg/covid-19/vaccination/faqs-on-overseas-vaccination-records-travel

PS: Many countries don't care about the vaccine certificate. I travelled to several countries in Europe in last June/July. France, Craotia, Slovenia, UK, Iceland, UK and back to France - before returning back. They never asked for the covid certificate in any of these countries.

Thanks @imhotep for pointing this out but they do have following clause.

"Please note that while your vaccination records may be accepted for ingestion, you may not be considered fully vaccinated by Singapore’s standards, depending on your specific combination of doses and when they were taken."
