Finally its here, for those who have used Realtime Singlish in windows this would be as easy as using Realtime Singlish in linux. But I didnt port the program to linux, linux being a more widely used OS around the world has a large number of key layout makers and replacers just like the system used in Realtime Singlish. So I modified a key map file for m17n library.
This thing cut my work in, I dont know 100??! its very effecient

Installation notes,
1. Install a key map program that uses the m17n library, I used SCIM. It works well in ubuntu and is listed in package manager. After installing put the mim file in /usr/share/m17n/ directory.
2. Log out and Log in or restart SCIM(or the program you installed)
3. Select Realtime Singlish ("සිංග්ලිශ්")
4. කෙටීම අරඹන්න!
