true.. this is the only way.. im UAE.. its the same scene here.. download the software from some other site.. or thru torrents n then install n use.. there wont be a prob at all.. in case ya buyin skype credit u'll hav to tell somebody in which skype is not blocked n get em to recharge ur acc..
