according to FB anything you upload to their site is their property....that includes your pictures....even after you close your account in FB they still keep all the files etc you uploaded in their server....
and companies who advertise in FB have free control of those files....including ur pictures.....under the "fair use clause"....
so if your dumb n blind enough to not read the rules properly and click on that "i agree" button....then you deserve anyone taking advantage of you....
what i am really saying is...THIS IS NOT A MATTER FOR US TO FIGHT OVER.....if you don't like this tread don't open it...simple....
even if we don't post those pics here....i bet there are thousands of other sites which post these pictures in a very vulgar way...and some of them even photoshop them in dirty ways too....
bottom line.....i would rather come here and open a thread in a respectable site...and see these pics....than being sent to a dirty Indian site using these same pictures is a really dirty way....
and i would advice ppl not to upload their pictures ever...point them to this thread and advice ur loved ones....

so?......if someone posts it on facebook...does that mean we are stealing from them...dude even FB sells those pics to all its advertisers....
coz according to FB rules...they own any content uploaded to their site....
if people post thier pics in FB...they accept the contract from FB saying it is now under fair use clause....
so why bother?.....this is NOT violating any rules to copy paste any pics here...
1) According to FB its allowed coz its fair use....
2) If they posted online they wanted ppl to see those pics....
3) They have multiple privacy settings to keep private pictures private....
4) If they are too dumb to take privacy seriously...they will now....
5) NO woman on earth is gonna complain that men are attracted to their pics....or that they look at them...yes that includes our collective sisters ....
6) Any sri lankan knows the status of Ek....this is not some random "sex site"....
Don't go too far...Will you say the same if one of your Closest's pic has been posted somewhere in this Thread? eg: your Sister?? Cousin? girl friend?? Neighbor?? etc

may be some of the girls might not a give a damn posting dem pictures in the i-net... but there are some girls who doesn't even know how to change their privacy settings in fb... may be they doesn't know what's happening out there in the Society... or they might not know that fb has the right to sell their pix According to the
