Pop princess Fergie reveals how she managed to lose the pounds she packed on for her film role in 'Nine, The Unit dvd box sets, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia dvd collection,' and opens up about her colorful love life with her handsome hubby Josh Duhamel.
The Black Eyed Peas performer says gaining 17 pounds for 'Nine' allowed her to order lots of foods that were "fried and full of fat. We were eating our brains out, Dexter UK,” Fergie tells Allure magazine of her and costar Penelope Cruz's weight gain for the movie.
Fergie says getting back to her svelte figure was a gradual process that required the help of Duhamel's trainer. “I didn’t want to be told what to do, and I wasn’t mentally ready to crack the whip.”
Fergie's two-hour training sessions included routines with weight lifting, outdoor hikes and jumping rope.
In addition to her revived Fergalicious figure, Desperate Housewives dvd sets, she's also a newlywed that says nothing has changed in the bedroom since the wedding. Fergie tells Allure she incorporates her collection of costumes into her love life with her sexy spouse. “I’ve got a big chest of fun little numbers, ones that I would never wear in public,” she tells the publication. "I like to have fun with my costume onstage; why wouldn’t I in the bedroom?”
