Slow ADSL Speed

Hi, I have a 2mbps adsl connection which i bought a long time ago. I have been noticing that sometimes my internet connection gets bloody slow. Today I called SLT ADSL hotline and a person who has a disability in speaking answered the phone. As he mentioned, there is a 75GB data limit for my connection and that limit has been exceeded and I have to wait till 1st of november to get the normal speed again.


so my question is, what the fuck is this happening? How did I get such a limit?

btw, its very sad to see they fuck with our country's IT side. Cos IT is the only field that we have a trend in that could go into an international level. Instead, the government should provide special allowance for the IT section of our country.

No its for the Home-Unlimited connections.
these are the limits they say when we complain

Home-Unlimited(512K) - 40GB (After that 64Kbps)
Excite-Unlited(1M) - 50GB (After that 64Kbps)
Office (2M) - 75GB (After that 64Kbps)
Office (4M) - 100GB (After that 64Kbps)

LankaBell is not for everyone , they don't have coverage in most areas.
